    Project Overview

    I led the end-to-end design of a high-converting landing page by conducting in-depth market and competitive analysis to align with industry trends and user expectations. I crafted a strategic sitemap and created low-fidelity wireframes to define the structure and user journey. The visual identity was enhanced through custom graphic elements, followed by detailed high-fidelity mockups to ensure a polished, conversion-focused final design.

01 General Requirements

Businesses have always used different medias to attract customers and deliver lucrative messages enticing audience to create a pull towards their brands. In fact, the definition of brand is strongly embedded with the concept of advertisement as the latter is used to communicate, associate, build and then strengthen an image that one wants to create for its business in the minds of its customers. A service that targets a broad spectrum of users – mainly businesses. Since the service holds value to a big corporation like Standard Chartered bank and it also makes a useful sense to an entry level lawyer who has just opened up shop – we need to comb the market and convert companies to our clients. This digital communication platform will facilitate to link our target customers to CMO/app (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook etc.) subscribers. Our clients can use following services with the help of this platform o Filter based campaigns o OPT-In based campaigns o Robocall/ voice message o OTTs (Digital and social media channel) Database: As our plan is to target each business segment so our sales team will be capturing data at each touchpoint in this echo system and this will happen at a national level. The data needs to be captured electronically, stored safely and then explored and analyzed meticulously to extract information.

 

02 Market Trends & Usability Analysis

Based on the clients requirements research was done taking into account the target market of SME segment and engage it to its full potential. The aim was to capture all tiers of customers in market specially Tier 02 to Tier 04 which are currently untapped in market – connecting and facilitating each SME in order to increase their customer base and revenue streamline.

03 Competitor Analysis

The client listed apple, convexinteractive and twillo as their design inspiration. The direct competitor was Viamo. A proper competitor research analysis was done to identify the design feature requirements. The main target to finalize the list of features and services list

04 Sitemap

After the basic requirements were set in a sitemap was generated to finalize the structure of the website

05 Wireframe Design

Based on the site structure a basic layout of the website mobile-first design was made.

06 Design Language

Website design language was crafted by combining visual elements (like color, typography, and layout) with interaction patterns that reflect a brand’s identity and user needs. It ensures consistency across all pages and touchpoints, creating a cohesive and intuitive user experience.

07 Mockup Designs

The visual layout of a webpage was finalized giving a clear insight into what the website will look like after development it also helps in aligning design with brand identity before development begins
